Recruits:
Training:
3 cardinal functions and personal prayers of the little workers
54 days Novena of 20 Decades and 24 Catena (Cut in half when done with a partner)
Permanent sacrifice:
Both: Regular and punctual attendance of prayer meetings; Daily recitation of prayers in the recruitment card.
2. Acolyte
Training:
3am prayers (Divine mercy and consecration prayer).
Study of “City of God” by Ven. Sor. Maria de Jesus of Agreda
Permanent sacrifices:
Females: No wearing of trousers
Both: all round modesty in attire and appearance.
3. Postulate
Training:
Timed schedule for the spiritual life.
Study of “The way of Divine Love” By Sr. Josefa Menendez & “Call to Gethsemane”
Permanent sacrifice:
Females: No artificial beauty treatment, e.g. make-up (Pancake and lipstick) and Nail fixing/painting and attachment. However, application of the simple white powder and baby oil/petroleum jelly is allowed.
Both: Withdrawal from secular entertainment.
4. Worker
Training:
Silence, and silent prayers of the little worker (committed to memory)
Study of the 5 lessons of perfection & Golden Peace of Silence by Bro. Barnabas Nwonye
Permanent sacrifice:
Female – Hair covering
Male – Active and public use of the Holy Rosary
Both:
Financial commitment: 5%-50% of income;
Abandonment of secular entertainment
